Hair Transplant

Preparation: This is the stage where specialists work on the hair transplantation plan and prepare the operation area according to the customized hair transplant plan that has been carried out.

Strelization and local anesthesia: The areas where the grafts will be extracted from and the transplantation area will be sterilized. Sedation is applied by our specialists ,the dosage adjusted to the patient’s physiologic condition.

Hair Follicul Harvesting:In this stage , harvesting of the hair follicles one by one with a micro motor from the back and sides of the head and from the beard areas(if patient needs more follicules we can extract from beard area ). Harvested grafts are divided into single and multiple grafts and stored in special solution conditions.

Opening channel with incisions :(This stage is different in DHI Method) (ın this stage the patient can choose the insturment ‘’Saphire blade’’or ‘’Standart blade’’)
The incisions will be created taking into consideration the hairline design of the patient and the number of grafts that will be transplanted. Incisions are generally created at an angle of 40-45 degrees and in the direction of natural hair growth.

Transplanting Hair Follicules: One of the most important aspects in transplanting the grafts, is starting from the area where the hairline has been designed and to transplant appropriate grafts within this area. Thus, more natural looking hair transplant results can be achieved. Follicules extracted from the back of the head and from the beard area that contain multiple hair follicules are transplanted into the mid scalp area to provide fullness and to add more density.
Medical Dressing and Informing : After the operation first day, patients are given instructions on what to do until they receive a medical dressing.

Last Stage: On the first day after the operation, the patient will return to the clinic for a follow-up visit. On the same day,your bandage will be changed by the specialist.The second day transplant area and donor area will be washed by our specialist. FUE, which is realized with tips produced from real sapphire, which is a very valuable metal, refers to the use of a special sapphire tip instead of a metal cutter in the opening channel stage of hair transplantation. It is not a different technique. It is just that the cutting tip used in the FUE method is a different material. It is designed to open even smaller micro channels in the area where the hair follicles will be transplanted and to accelerate the healing process and the formation of minimal scab.
In FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction) performed with sapphire tip, hair follicles are taken from the donor area individually as follicles using micro-tips with diameters ranging from 0.6 – 0.7 – 0.8 mm under local anesthesia by micro-motor. The collected hair should be planted in the channels to be opened in the FUE method. These channels directly affect the angle, direction and frequency issues that significantly affect the appearance of the hair. For this reason, opening channels is the most important stage in the success of an operation. Channels can now be opened best with the help of these special sapphire tips. Hair follicles are transplanted into these channels. The small channels opened with sharp, smooth and durable sapphire tips between 1.0 -1.3 – 1.5 mm are the size of the hair follicle, which increases the number of channels opened, which helps to form a dense appearance.

In this method, the donor area of the hair is separated by a special material (bandage) in an area equal to the amount to be transplanted (8-9 cm in length and approximately 2-3 cm in width). This area is not noticed especially in long hair. If the grafts taken are suitable, the hair in the area to be transplanted is placed in suitable places without cutting it completely. With the no-cut method, an average of 1000-1500 grafts (hair follicles) are transferred from the donor area. If the number is insufficient, a second session can be planned.

The DHI technique is one of the methods used in the treatment of hair loss. It is a method in which incision graft implantation with incision are performed at the same time, and a two-stage process is combined in one . The apparatus used in the process is in the form of a pen and this apparatus is named Choi and that’s why the technique has also been known as the Choi technique. These pens, which are specially selected for patients during the operation, are disposable for each patient. Specialists who transplant with these pens place the hair follicles one by one in the determined areas. Placement is an extremely sensitive process, the hair follicles are implanted at an angle of 40-45 degrees in the most appropriate way. Apart from this angle sensitivity, another important issue is the correct direction following the previous hairline. The DHI method ensures that the grafts are placed more comfortably at the right angle to the direction of hair growth, allowing patients to achieve natural looking results. In the operation, 2 to 6 Choi pens and an average of 14-16 choi tips are used. The nibs of these pens can be of different sizes. The factor that determines this is the hair follicle and thickness structure of the person.
